Your order decline reasons:
  • Refused by Bank
    - The amount of your order is suspiciously large (more than 150-200$) and / or the transaction can be processed correctly only if you contact your bank directly and ask to accept it
    - There are some mistakes in the card data. In this case your bank says that there is no effort to charge your card. In this case, please, replace your order with the correct card data. Please, check your card data carefully.
  • Insufficient funds
    - The amount of your order is suspiciously large (more than 150-200$) and / or the transaction can be processed correctly only if you contact your bank directly and ask to accept it
  • We accept debit/credit cards, ACH (e-checks), WU, Bank Wire
    - We do not accept GIFT crads.
    - We can offer you other methods of payment: another card, prepaid cards (you can order it in your bank)
  • Your card might be blocked online
    - You have ordered something online in the past and had a chargeback in your credit card history otherwise this means that your credit card might be blocked.

Where can I track my order?

Below you can find the links to the courier companies sorted by country of destination. We post the tracking number once it is given to us by our supplier, please note that it will be available at the site of your country postal service in 2-3 days. This time is usually sufficient for the parcel to reach the country of destination and clear through customs.

Non-delivery

Unfortunately, your order might not be delivered in time due to customs checking, post office delays, weekends, holidays etc. If you do not received your order before the delivery deadline, please contact our 24/7 Customer Support as soon as possible via Phone, E-mail or Live Support Chat. We will solve this problem in the most convenient way: the order will be reshipped free of charge or the money will be refunded.
